    Abstract:
This final master's project focuses the study on analyzing whether the financial inclusion of a country is determinant for the increase in economic growth and the reduction of inequality. To conduct the research, a review of the existing literature was carried out, followed by an analysis with panel data for 9 Latin American countries and 17 European countries. The relationship of different explanatory variables of financial inclusion was observed and analyzed together with the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) variable and the Gini coefficient, to assess and verify the objective of the present work.
