    Abstract:
    The objective of this master's thesis is to contribute to the determination of biomarkers derived from atmospheric pollutants. An analytical method has been developed for the identification of biomarkers of exposure to air pollutants in urine samples using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). This analytical method has allowed the identification of 12 biomarkers, including 8 biomarkers of exposure to environmental contaminants of the BTEX family (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes), 3 biomarkers derived from polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and one hydrocarbon derivative. chlorinated.
