    This master's thesis in industrial engineering focuses on optimizing the performance of a plastics injection room to increase its productivity and profitability. Through data analysis and Lean manufacturing tools, areas of expansion were identified such as machine starts and stops, loss of production speed, material transport and rejects. Proposals for improvement include the reduction of unplanned shutdowns, the more efficient use of molds, the automation of material transport and the optimization of process parameters.
