Abstract: The present master's thesis is the development of a business plan that allows companies to satisfy the need for freelance personnel and also the need that freelance talent has to promote their professional services in the business market. Being able to be an intermediary in these needs that occur in a scenario allows FreeTalent to direct its efforts towards the creation of a platform that allows the opportunities that revolve around professional talent to be commercialized, thus allowing the entire business context to be analyzed in accordance with the management model to develop. After analyzing some dynamics and events in the labor market, a possible change can be induced due to issues of the modernization processes of companies, thus allowing the trends in the freelancer market to be positive and what could be better than being able to offer a platform of digital services that can respond to the constant changes and preferences of self-employed professionals. In this context, FreeTalent contains different plans to take into account within the business dynamics, projecting its activities as an organization and even generating financial reports of the business model that will be implemented in order to know the feasibility of the project. According to the data recorded here and the information presented, it can be concluded in accordance with the execution, or not, of FreeTalent as a new company in the freelancer market for Catalonia and Spain.
