Abstract: La eficiencia energética de las viviendas es una de las condiciones más significantes a la hora de calcular el consumo energético. Si se combinan, alto gasto energético y bajos recursos económicos, se pueden dar más probabilidades de habitar un hogar con condiciones térmicas no deseadas, pudiendo desencadenar en problemas de salud y aislamiento social. En esta investigación se ha optado por recalcular el gasto energético de cada vivienda partiendo del consumo de energía de cada uno de los usos, así como la creación de nuevos indicadores de pobreza energética, a partir de los cuales se podrá aplicar el modelo predictivo de mejora en eficiencia energética en distintos escenarios. En último lugar, se podrá averiguar si la pobreza energética se localiza junto a la población que más sufre las olas de calor y con un nivel de estudios bajo. The energy efficiency of dwellings is one of the most significant conditions when calculating energy consumption. If high energy consumption and low economic resources are combined, it is more likely to result in a home with undesirable thermal conditions, which can lead to health problems and social isolation. This research has opted to recalculate the energy expenditure of each home based on the energy consumption of each of the uses, as well as the creation of new indicators of energy poverty, from which the predictive model for improving energy efficiency can be applied in different scenarios. Finally, it will be possible to find out whether energy poverty is located near the population that suffers most from heat waves and with a low level of education. L'eficiència energètica dels habitatges és una de les condicions més significants a l'hora de calcular el consum energètic. Si es combinen, alta despesa energètica i baixos recursos econòmics, es poden donar més probabilitats d'habitar una llar amb condicions tèrmiques no desitjades, podent desencadenar en problemes de salut i aïllament social. En aquesta recerca s'ha optat per recalcular la despesa energètica de cada habitatge partint del consum d'energia de cadascun dels usos, així com la creació de nous indicadors de pobresa energètica, a partir dels quals es podrà aplicar el model predictiu de millora en eficiència energètica en diferents escenaris. En últim lloc, es podrà esbrinar si la pobresa energètica es localitza amb de la població que més sofreix les onades de calor i amb un nivell d'estudis baix.
