Abstract: Exhaustive analysis of 41 samples from 33 different patients, 11 samples treated with DUTRENEO and 30 samples treated with standard CT. The analysis over these sample will contain; deep understanding of the TME and Cell types interactions at a spatial level, always comparing patient response against no response and hot against cold tumors. Aiming to find patterns or significant factors that differentiate the positive response to the treatment with the negative response, so we can better understand this disease and gain some meaningful insight contributing to the cancer research field.
