Abstract: Systematic review with the aim of reviewing, analyzing and synthesizing the existing evidence on the different Occupational Therapy interventions performed in people over 55 years of age who have suffered a stroke and evaluating their effectiveness. A search was made for randomized controlled trials published between 2019 and 2023 in Spanish or English. The conclusions were that Occupational Therapy interventions in this population are effective in improving mobility, but the evidence remains scarce to determine whether they are effective in improving basic and instrumental activities of daily living and quality of life
