Title in different languages: Automatic Diagnosis and Rehabilitation Plan for Fine Motor Skills Based on Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence
Abstract: This work addresses the development of a prototype system for the automatic diagnosis and rehabilitation of fine motor skills, utilizing emerging technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The upper limb, particularly the hand, plays a crucial role in performing complex movements and fine motor tasks essential for daily activities. Loss or impairment of these skills can significantly impact an individual's quality of life. Traditional methods for diagnosing and rehabilitating upper limb and hand injuries often involve subjective assessments by therapists, which can lead to suboptimal and inadequately personalized treatments.
