Abstract:
In this Master's thesis, we developed a business plan for the BENAX project, an innovative company dedicated to extreme and mountain sports in the heart of the Aragonese Pyrenees, based in Benasque. The proposal stems from my own hobbies, my knowledge of the area, and my desire to create a company, knowing that it is a sector with growth potential. At BENAX, I aim to respond to a growing demand for sports and adventure tourism that goes beyond simple leisure: it's about connecting with nature, overcoming personal limits, and, at the same time, fostering sustainable local development. The project includes disciplines such as ski touring, canyoning, paragliding, extreme cycling, and helicopter jumps, with the goal of reaching different customer profiles, from expert athletes to families and companies looking for team activities.
