Analysis of the logistic-industrial potential of the Northern Zone of Córdoba Capital, Argentina

Abstract:
The city of Córdoba has among its main economic weaknesses the deficit of logistics infrastructure, in particular of Logistics Platforms and Industrial Parks. Under this diagnosis, projects of a private nature are included in the design phase, among which is the Logistics Platform -Industrial Juan B. Justo, to be located in the Northeast Zone of the city. This paper proposes to analyze prospectively the future location of the Logistics-Industrial Platform in question, through the construction of possible future Scenarios. It is bequeathed to the construction of Scenarios through the implementation of interviews with key actors in the territory, mainly business Referents, logistics specialists and Public Officials; a detailed territorial diagnosis and the implementation of a SWOT. The Results of this work provide relevant information for decision-making, based on the analysis of possible future Scenarios, Derived from the future Location of the Juan B. Justo Logistics-Industrial Platform.
