Abstract: From consider that the environmental crisis is in origin a crisis of human conscience. The focus of this work lies in the intensification of consciousness, reflected in the spiritual transformation of mankind in general, and particularly in the transformation of the jurist, as a link with the emergence of a new worldview of reality and concecuentlly with a new legal system too. The contribution of this work is: First, to recognize the limits and the concecuencues involved conceiving reality on a purely rationalist approach; to demonstrate this limits, I take as object of analysis the concept of sustainable development. Second; once already demonstrated these limits, then is justified from there to take a holistic view of reality, where rational approach of reality occupies a place of participation in addition to other ways of perceiving the Thuth. Giving place to a cosmotheandric reality in the words of Raimon Panikkar or integral, aperspectival in the ones of Jean Gebser. Becoming so the lawyer for society as; something like a priest or a prophet, an interpreter and communication channel of the Universal Laws.
