Abstract:
Organizational learning is considered an essential quality of organizations that ensures its adaptability to the environment and its survival. This paper shows the different approaches to organizational learning environment and analyses the different methods of acquiring knowledge that an organization can perform to complete the process of organizational learning. Furthermore we present the case of the Social and Organizational Analysis research group as example of application of the network analysis for defining growth and adaptation strategies of the group, and for improving the ability of the network to share knowledge.
