Abstract:
Our intention is that de present line of investigation provides improvements to the professional practice of psychologists, psychiatrics, doctors of the work, etc. as for the Valuation of the Psycho-Social Damage.The objective of this work, starting off the classification, description of cases and definition of variables, is to organize the results to tool way, 'CDP' Classification Diagnoses Psycho-Social, for the professionals of the area.The 'CDP' facilitates the valuation of the psycho-social damage, determining if we are of not before a situation of mobbing, violence in the work or conflict. Also the excellent data obtained through the 'CDP' and their analysis by experts, allow to restore prevention protocols, to design the intervention methodology and also it facilitates the elaboration of expert information on the psycho-social risks in the labor scope.In the first place a total population of 151 cases derived during years 2003 and 2004, has considered for attention in Clinical Psychology, by Mutual of Industrial accidents and those that have arrived by private consultation. Between these 151 cases, as inclusion criterion the documented clinical files of the totality which contained labor data, having itself obtained a total sample of 77 cases, that were selected they represent a 50,99% of the total.In a first exploratory analysis, it was come to the classification of the data gathered of the 77 cases, in three groups: demographic and labor variables (VDL), variables of diagnose (VDG) and variables of conflict, violence in the work and mobbing (VCVM), draining the data of the files to a drained document of data with the EpiInfo program.This draining of data has allowed us to obtain later statistical the descriptive ones and to delimit each one of the cases, being
