    Resumen:
Opportunistic mycoses are fungal infections that occur almost exclusively in patients whose normal defence mechanisms are impaired. Although therapies for fungal infections have improved a lot over the last 10 years, opportunistic fungal infections are still a serious threat, especially for immunocompromised patients. The aim of this thesis has been to contribute to the development of experimental therapeutic alternatives to opportunistic mycoses caused by recent emerging pathogens Acremonium, Sporothrix and Pseudallescheria / Scedosporium and Candida glabrata. In vitro and in vivo evaluations were carried out and they have led us to propose new therapeutic alternatives for the infections caused by these pathogens.
