The Order of Protection of victims of domestic violence

Abstract:
This final degree work, is research topic and Gender Violence Protection Order. Its object of study is to analyze the Order of Protection of victims of domestic violence, from application to the implementation of protective measures. On the other hand, the dispensation to which the victim is entitled, to make a declaration concerning Article 416 LEC is studied. Moreover, from a statistical study, and using a semi-structured interviews, it is investigated whether the protocol for action in such situations is correct and if the protective order is effective or not.
