Political under-representation of the women

Abstract:
The underrepresentation of women in the Spanish politics is an obvious fact. Even when having legal regulations in force, the representation of women is relatively low compared to that of men. It is because there are social and political obstacles that make it difficult for women to access politics because of the mere fact of being a woman. It does not happen only nowadays but also throughout history; women have always struggled for political rights such as the right to vote or the right to be elected for Parliament or Congress. For more information about the low representation of women in politics, I am interviewing two people who have direct relationship in the political arena.
