    Abstract:
    The theme on which this Final Grade Work is the Environmental Law. The study has been carried out addresses the legal protection of the environment governed by the Constitution of Colombia, 1991. Subsequently we have focused on the role of the Constitutional Court of Colombia as a defender of the environment, through an analysis of jurisprudence of the Court in environmental matters.
