The municipals Ordinacions of Aleixar (1504-1791). Analysis of village's power of regulation.

Abstract:
The object of the present monograph is the origin of the towns, specially focused in the origin of its structure and its power of regulation. The monograph is divided is two chapters. The first chapter is about the origin of the municipality, specially focused on the different periods that end in the creation of it. In addition, the first legal bodies are analyzed, in particular its composition and its functions. The main object of study of the second chapter is the analysis of the different legal bodies existing in the village of Aleixar on 1504 and the result of its power of regulations: the ordinacions municipals. Therefore, we can see the mentioned legal bodies who were the fruit of the periods that have been explained on the first chapter and the real exercise of the municipality's power of regulation expressed on the reality. In order to go deeper in to the subject, we have also analyzed ordinacions municipals enacted on 1791 in the same village. After that, we have made a comparison between both legal texts. The result is that with the reading of the monograph we are able to appreciate the evolution of these legal instruments, its themes and its real usefulness
