Abstract:
The purpose of this project is the analyisis of the interaction between the right to religious freedom and the right to freedom speech. It deals with their conceptualitzation, their development from a constitutional perspective and their limitations; in the annexes, complemetary topics can be found, as their historical origin, their garantees and judicial protection, and the regulations found in the main international texts. Its biggest value comes from the objective study of the spanish tribunals resolutions regarding the col·lision between these two fundamental freedoms and their manifestations.
