Abstract:
The objective of this essay is to analyze the different deprivations of rights, and in turn, to show the evolution that have had these penalties by a comparison of the Penal Code of 1995 and the current text, to see so, whether it has expanded the number of deprivations and crimes that establish as primary sentence a sentence deprivation of law. In the first chapter we can see the concept and functions of deprivations of rights. We can also see an analysis of different deprivations of rights. The second chapter is based on a comparison of the Penal Code of 1995 and the current text. We finally found the findings and a critical assessment of these sentences.
