Optimitzation of the fusion beads in a cement plant through the start-up of the new fluxer

    Abstract:
    The present study aims to develop the optimal use of the fusion of samples in a cement plant with a fluxer in order to improve the accuracy of analysis results by X-Ray Florescence compared to the currently performed with pressed powders. So as to carry out the experiment, different samples have been used to optimize all parameters of a fluxer: time, temperature, amount and flux-to-sample ratio, agitation angle and speed. Several relationships have been done by X-Ray Florescence in order to optimize the control of the cement process. Time and temperature of analysis have been proposed to set using beads fusion in the control process of cement production.
