    Abstract:
    The end-of-degree project aims to achieve two main goals: firstly, to analyse the legal regime of the disability both in the labour and unemployment contexts. Secondly, this project also seeks to show that our society, and consequently the legislation, are not prepared to accept disabled people without any type of discrimination.
