Resumen: Este trabajo de fin de grado persigue un doble objetivo. En primer lugar, el análisis del régimen jurídico de la discapacidad, tanto en el ámbito laboral como en el prestacional. En segundo lugar, mostrar como la sociedad y consecuentemente la legislación no está preparada para aceptar sin ningún tipo de discriminación al colectivo de los discapacitados.
