    Abstract:
    The use of new technologies is increasing, expanding continuously. It’s use arrived to the professional environment. This essay is about new technologies used at recruitment, learning and communication. Furthermore, it’s also about the analogous process, the use of new technologies at the process to finding a job, to learn and communication. At this essay we are going to see that using new technologies at this area have advantages and disadvantages. Along the essay we’re going to see what means for companies the use of new techonologies, and and what does it means for the employees. After doing a study about the area, we’ll be able to make a discussion comparing the theory with the results obtained. And finally, we can find the conclusions.
