    Abstract:
Objectives: Identify the habits and lifestyles carried out by students of Nursing at the Rovira i Virgili University, as well as possible modifications of these throughout his university life. Investigate if there is a relationship between possible changes and the knowledge acquired during the course of the career. Material and method: A descriptive cross-sectional quantitative study was carried out, using closed surveys for the re-collection of the data. Results: In the comparative study between the first-year nursing students and the fourthyear students, an increase of 24% was observed in reference to the habitual consumption of fish. There is also a 23% decrease in moderate / high alcohol consumption. The percentage of smokers shows a slight decrease of 5%. Conclusions: Healthy habits in the population of Nursing students experience a significant improvement in reference to the aspects that involve mainly food, as they progress in their careers, a fact that is closely linked to the acquisition of new knowledge. However, there are still aspects in lifestyles that are very difficult to modify, such as the lack of sports and the consumption of toxic substances. With these findings we can conclude that it is necessary to propose a much more effective approach in terms of raising awareness about this problem.
