Abstract:
The aim of this Final Project is to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of the Aarhus Convention to Spain, from the Law 27/2006 of July 18, which regulates the access to the information, public participation and the access to justice in environmental matters. This project contextualizes normatively the current and past legislation, into international, state and European level, to place the subject matter hereof, and develop the analysis of the implementation and effectiveness of the Law 27/2006, to finally determine which have been the possible causes of the existing shortcomings in the implementation of Law 27/2006 to Spain
