    Abstract:
Taking as a starting point that the academic definition of the word Coherence as " Connection and contradiction absence between the parts of an argument, of a doctrine, of a work, etc., considered as a totality ", the aim of this work is to analize the current situation of the Policiy Coherence for Developement (PCD), and other political rides performed by the different actors donors of the official help to the development. The formulation of policy coherence for development (PCD) is a result of a complex process, which is subject to a lot of interests and possible contradictions. The PCD foments the mainstreaming of the political cooperation and its opened transparency for the interested parts of all the countries, including those ones that are voiceless or are excluded of the centre where this type of policy is formulated. But the last purpose of the PCD tries to go further on asking for a transparency; this is about foreseeing and anticipating to possible negative impacts that can endure the execution of the different policy in the cooperation to the development, not only of his mere formulation. Due to the current international reality, the realization of an analysis of international cooperation politics coherence and its evolution to the present are being considered; that is, when it appears, which are its more important actors, and a study of case that demonstrates that a coherence lack between the PCD and, for example, the trade policy still exists.
