Abstract:
In this final project, it’s pretended to study the feasibility to create a new law firm in Vallès Occidental. In order to make the analysis correctly and accurate, the enterpreneur, use the knowledge acquired in the degree of Business and Administration and Management. The main objective of Moragues Advocats SL, is to generate value to your customers and in order to achieve this, the company will base its main values on excellence, trust, commitment and proximity. And we will help each other through the symbol and the slogan “Justícia I Cor”, in order to transmit directly and sentimentally about our clients. So as to execute the business plan closer to reality, different areas have been contemplated, analyzed and studied, environment analysis, marketing plan, area of organization, management and human resources, the legal area, as well as, the economic-financial area.
