    Abstract:
    Along the present article, we will be able to enter Juan's life that thanks to the realized interview and by means of the accompaniment in his vital process and of detoxification, allows us to imagine the raw reality in which one saw immersed for seventeen years. Those seventeen fatidical years and in that in many occasions he was dancing to cross-current and in flight of the death. The social and familiar exclusion, the deep-rooted, long-suffering and influential poverty, the stigma like form of life from the childhood, the distorted reality and the identity spoilt by the friendship dependent on the drugs was what led him to concerning to this infernal situation, this way described by he.
