    Abstract:
    The present project develops a business plan for a unique gastronomic space. Tasty Burger, S.L is able to make its customers feel special. Making them discover a new world within the so-called "typical" sandwiches, giving customers a wide variety of ideas so that they can decide, as they like, how to compose the food with an exquisite and fast treatment. Its main competitive advantage is innovation and avant-garde, both in the gastronomic aspect and in the atmosphere that is breathed. The great diversity of food and beverages in the menu and the opportunity to customize each of them, gives an infinite number of snack possibilities that will satisfy the most demanding customer. For consumers to feel comfortable, the furnishings, endings and decorations and even the characteristic smell of the establishment have been carefully selected. In this project, the business opportunity is identified and analysed through the environment, the best location for the premises is studied and the best positioning, communication and price strategies are designed. The necessary processes are also designed to carry out the activity and the structure of the company and the characteristics of the personnel are considered. In addition, to evaluate its economic viability, a detailed economic analysis is carried out, the costs and revenues are calculated at the beginning of the activity and the steps to be followed are determined so that it is consolidated and becomes durable. With all this, the entrepreneurs want to anticipate all possible events that may occur during the first years of real life of the restaurant and promote a plan to always opt for the best decision for the business and thus achieve the objectives set. In short, this business plan will be the road map of the project. The three key words that reflect the project are, in the first term, Planning, since according to the Pere Tarrés Foundation, it is a continuous process that affects the same object of intervention from different levels of analysis. As if it were a spiralling process, when we are going to plan, we start with long-term goals and objectives that we are specifying, as we descend in the spiral, until we reach specific activities to achieve these objectives. In a second term, Eating away from home, since it is a restaurant and according to the international consultancy NPD in its panel CREST (Consumer Reports on Eating), the concept of eating away from home could include any type of channel, TREBALL FINAL DE GRAU - URV “Tasty Burger, S.L” from the consumptions made at home of prepared and ready-to-eat products purchased in restaurants, going through out-of-home orders, to purchases made in vending machines or even in supermarkets / hypermarkets or traditional food stores. And finally to Take decisions, since it is the process by which a choice is made between alternatives or ways to solve different situations of life. Taking decisions consists, basically, in choosing an alternative among those available, in order to solve a current or potential problem.
