    Abstract:
    This project studies the development and validation of three methods for the determination of Saponification value, hydroxyl value and turbidity point in Emulsogen HCO 040 and 060 using multivariate model by near infrared spectroscopy (NIR). The project will start with an introduction of the basic of spectroscopy and how to develop a multivariate model, Also, it will be explained the reference methods that it has been used and to conclude it will explain how we choose the best method and the evaluation of their reliability.
