    Abstract:
The objective of this article is to know and identify the difficulties and opportunities during a migration process, based in the life history of two Moroccan women. The methodology that was used is: semi-structured interviews, bibliographical research and the application of the SWOT technique. The main results we have obtained are: the male presence strongly influences the development of female migration project, the studies are rarely influential in the migration because are really difficult to standardize and therefore rarely persons who have a degree can develop their work in our country (unless, have joined with student visa or research). Moreover, we have seen how open and outgoing personality and resilience are very influential in the development of migration and subsequent integration, thereby promoting coexistence between immigrants and locals.
