Abstract:
This final degree project is about creating and developing a business plan. Ecoshirts would be the name chosen for this company and it would be dedicated to the production and sale of t-shirts via online. Throughout this project, aspects such as the definition of the product, the business plan, the definition of the promoter team, the operations plan, the organization plan, the legal aspects, the analysis of the economic and financial viability of the project are developed and some conclusions to finalize the business plan.
