Abstract:
The current project is aimed at delving into the concept of teleworking that has been considered a minority practice among workers and enterprises in our country until nowadays, that has become part of the reality of a very important portion of workers from all kinds of sectors due to the current situation caused by Covid-19. A revision of the literature has been carried out in order to examine which are the elements that form it, and the factors that affect it, from the perspective of workers and enterprises. The implementation process of a teleworking policy and its ideal conditions of time is described, and the use of this practice at an international level is briefly analysed and compared with the EU-28. On the basis of this framework, a qualitative study on the implementation of teleworking has been conducted due to the current situation, in which it is analysed, from in-depth interviews to executives, how the distance working process driven by enterprises has been managed.
