Abstract:
In the following end-of-degree work, the economic and financial viability of a business project based on the creation of an audiovisual production company is analyzed. The characteristic aspects of a business plan are studied. Firstly, the promotion team is presented and the motivation that has led them to carry out this type of project, the contribution they make and the legal form chosen for the company. Next, the activity carried out by the company and the need to be covered is described. In order to know in detail, the aspects that affect the business, a market analysis is carried out. In which the situation of the different environments and how they influence the business activity is explained, as well as a study of the competition. To continue, the marketing section details the target audience, positioning and the four basic components of the marketing mix: product, price, communication and distribution. The operations plan explains the process when providing the service, the management with the clients, the location and the quality management are realized by the company. The organisational structure, jobs and salary policy within the human resources plan are also explained. Finally, an economic-financial study is prepared detailing the initial investment, income and expenditure forecasts for the first five years of the business' life. Together with other indicators which prove that the project meets the profitability, solvency and liquidity requirements that guarantee the viability of carrying it out.
