AbstractIntroduction:Fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) is one of the most common conditions in our environment, it is a pathologythat affects the skeletal muscle, producing muscular hypersensitivity to palpation at various specific points, trigger points. Thissyndrome is characterized mainly by pain. It is of unknown etiology;therefore,FMStreatment focuses on symptom control. We have pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments. Among the treatments found are Qigong, Biofeedback and Forgiveness therapy, which are recent therapies that are interesting from the nursing point of view. Objective:To evaluate the effectof Qigong, Biofeedback and Forgiveness therapy in pain management in patients with Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS).Methodology:Systematic review of the scientific literature related to Qigong, Biofeedback,Forgiveness Therapy and FMSavailable in selected articles from databases of health sciences: Pubmed, Scopus, Cinhal, Dialnet and Medline. 11 articles published from January 1st, 2010 to December 12th, 2019 have been extracted. Results:Out of 11 articles, 5 talk about Qigong, 4 talk about Biofeedbackand2 studies talk about Forgiveness Therapy. The systematic literature review on qigong indicates that this technique has been proven to reduce pain in patients with MFS; Regarding biofeedback, the articles studied reveal that only electroencephalographic biofeedback has shown efficacy in reducing pain; Forgiveness therapy, on the one hand, is a potential intervention, but, on the other hand, with the articles in this systematic literature review there is insufficient evidence to conclude that it reduces pain in patients with FMS.Besides, pain reductioninfluences on the improvement of the other FMS symptoms such as depressionand fatigue. Key words:Qigong, Biofeedback, Forgiveness, Fibromyalgia, pain, pharmaceutical preparations.
