    Abstract:
    The aim of this research work is to develop various bioinformatics tools that allow the study of data from high performance techniques (Hight-Throughtput). We are working with the GEO (Gene Expression Omnibus) database to be able to create a solid database with gene expression data from patients from different experiments stored in GEO. The difference in the gene expression pattern of genes encoding a list of proteins of interest is studied and compared between different groups of patients. Different bioinformatics functions are implemented that allow the tracking of the GEO database and the generation of results by performing the corresponding statistical tests for the study of comorbidities associated with different diseases by analyzing the values of gene expression in different patients.
