    Abstract:
This article aims to explain a project that has been carried out in Bolivia and in which I participated as a volunteer in the Bolivian Red Cross. Through this project we present the one hand the outstanding issues in relation to livelihoods four Guarani indigenous communities and on the other interventions being carried out in the project. These communities have always been severely affected by drought in recent years, mainly due to the high vulnerability of the livelihoods of the rural population, based on livestock and agriculture. The intervention was carried out from the Bolivian Red Cross in collaboration with the Spanish Red Cross, it has served to improve their livelihoods through access to water, community organization and sustainable agricultural management.
