Abstract:
This current work consists of a simulation of a workforce lawsuit which will address the whole employment trial process of an objective cause of a dismissal, in which the question whether a pathological group of companies exist will be explored. On the other hand, we will look at the process that should be followed by the defendant, which in this case is the company, in order to carry out the trial, we can conclude the origin of the dismissal and the non-existence of a pathological group of companyies
