    Abstract:
    Abstract The absence of pharmacological fulfillment is a global problem that prevents from being able to be avoided the mortality associated with chronic illnesses. Object:To learnt about the pharmacological fulfillment in patients considered as Complexes Chronic Patients ( in Spanish: PCC) registred in the Sant Pere and Sant Pau Healthy Area( Tarragona). Methodology: It is a question of a descriptive transverse retrospective design with quantitative collision, being provided with a sample of patients catalogued as PCC,by means of interview in which questions of the test of Morinky-Green were put in during the period from October until to March of the year 2014-2015..Using statistical analysis in the PSPP program. Results:It chose a sample of 20 patients. The results is that the most patients are not adhered to the treatment,being a 45% completately reliable and 55% not reliable.The variables(numbers of medicamets,domiciliary attention and sex) did not have relation with the pharmacological fulfillment Conclusions: The results are that it is considered indispensable the intervention the nurse in the phenomenon of the farmacologico fulfillment, in order to teach the patient the importance of treatament for him or her, and to improve their life quality every day.
