Abstract:
The following research aims to analyze the new institution regarding the parenting plan, introduced by the Act 25/2010, of 29 July, on the second book of the Civil Code of Catalonia, on persons and family. The parenting plans aim to specify the manner in which both progenitors are going to exercise their parental responsibilities after the coexistence breakdown. In the present work aspects such as its concept, basis, content and effects are analyzed. Furthermore, a comparative concise study of the most outstanding parallel legal forms in comparative law is performed, both at national and international level.
