Abstract:
In this legal opinion, we analyse the limits of bussiness control regarding the use of video cameras taking into account RRLL. Any excessive control carried out by the employer may directly violate both the labor and constitutional rights. As a result of the lack regulation and technological advances, courts have been the responsables of drawing the guidelines regarding this conflicts. The jurisprudential evolution regarding the use of these devices is examined in this study. Finally the limits of the company power about hiring private detectives are established trying to take into account the requirements the employee must obey in order to legitimate restrict the fundamental rights of the workers.
