Abstract:
The main purpose of this paper is to analyse the effects of Corporate Social Responsibility when companies decide to carry out responsible environmental actions. Therefore, at the beginning of the paper, the concept of CSR is studied globally. Subsequently, the environmental field is explained further since it is the one that has gained greater importance in recent years, and the role of companies, especially in the tourism sector, is essential to preserve it. In order to verify how all these concepts operate in the business reality and their effects, the case of Port Aventura will be analysed, through a qualitative and quantitative study that will allow the development of the conclusions of the work.
