    Abstract:
    The following dissertation consists in the completion of a marketing plan for Sutracel S.L., a company dedicated to the unspecified bulk trade. A contextualisation has therefore been made in the marketing of services and in the procedures required in order to set up a marketing plan. In order to increase brand visibility and improve the service offered, a thorough analysis of the environment as well as the internal operation of the company has been carried out. To analyse the environment, two methods have been used: the five competitive forces of M. Porter to carry out the analysis of the micro environment and a PESTEL analysis, to determine the factors of the macro environment. In addition, an internal analysis of the company has been carried out, through the marketing of the "7 Ps", as well as a market study, prepared through a survey of 78 of the current customers of the company in order to identify its needs and preferences.
