Abstract:
In this project the creation of a company dedicated to the organization of weddings is proposed and, taking into account the current market situation, the economic-financial viability of this is studied, in case of carrying out the investment. The work briefly describes the service, the needs it seeks to cover and its scope of action, as well as an external and internal analysis of the company's situation. On the other hand, the strategic plan, the marketing plan, the personnel plan, the legal structure and finally the financial economic plan are described.
