    Abstract:
Self-esteem is one of the main effects of eating disorders (ED). In this way, improving self-esteem is an important aspect of the treatment of this clinical context, indispensable for personal well-being. Thus, this study has focused on creating group intervention material to improve self-esteem in ITA Tarragona day hospital patients and evaluating the intervention carried out. To do this, the Rosenberg scale was used in a test-retest design, direct observation during the sessions and assessment questionnaires. The results show that, although the intervention has had a positive impact, the initial objective has not been achieved.
