    Abstract:
    In the psychological well-being in workers hired by temporary employment agencies (ETT) and the level of affectation based on sex is also analyzed. For this, the following scales were used: CESQT (Questionnaire for the Evaluation of Burnout Syndrome at Work) Gil-Monte, (2011). EBP questionnaire to evaluate psychological well-being Díaz et al., (2006).
