Abstract:
My final degree work is about employees’ access in public scope. The objective was, in rough outlines, know what process is carried out to access in the Public Administration. Also to know how is structured Public Administration and what elements participate in a public selection process. Specifically I wanted to know what management is carried out after and before the publication job. The objectives were know how staffing needs are identified, how is elaborate the publication job, what is the process which realize once detected these needs, such as the development of supply, recruitment, testing and finally perform selective candidate.
