Abstract:
In this final degree project is made an analysis of the competency level acquired by the students during the last course of the Degree in Labour Relations and Employment and the required levels for the companies linked by the internship agreement with the URV. The justification of this present project is based on the importance of the competencies during the selection process in the lasts years. The investigation is made inside the framework established by the Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior with the syllabus and the unique white book of the degree written by ANECA and finally the course description. First of all the project explain the main theories supporting the theme and also a brief description about the competencies in the human resources. The methodology applied in the study is, on the one side quantitative and on the other qualitative. All the investigation uses a questionnaire completed by each evaluated group, the companies and the students. A table with the statistics results is made using the obtained data with a spreadsheet . This section is divided in three phases, the first two consists in an individual analysis of each group, companies and students respectively, to determine the competencies level that the students think they have acquired and the level that companies think they need. The possible discrepancies between the type of company and his size or the gender of the students have been analyzed deeply. The last stage of the project consists in establish the level of adaptation between the results obtained for each group. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations in base of the obtained results are established.
