Abstract:
This is a study on the expulsion of non-EU foreigners. It is divided into five different sections: the first, is the applicable legal framework for foreigners - both at international, European, national and Catalonian level; the second and third, a comprehensive analysis of the regulation of the Organic Law 4/2000 and its implementing regulations and disciplinary proceedings both administratively and judicially made; the fourth and the last is a brief summary of the problems detected to finish assessing the figure of expulsion.
